How long will the property be without water?
It really depends on the scale of the project. In most cases, it will be about 30 minutes to an hour whilst our engineers carry out the new water connections.
How long does the entire job take?
Here at Brennan Moling, or team of experience engineers always strive to carry out any residential supply water works to be done. Our water engineers will explain to the client the works that are going to be undertaken before work commences and will keep the client informed of any developments throughout the process until completion by the end of the day.
If for some reason our engineers believe it will take longer than than the day, you will be advised before we start working.
Will I get any guarantee on your work?
We are confident in our workforce who are fully trained, vastly experienced and used to working closely with our clients to achieve the highest levels of satisfactionn in the work we carry out, so each of the jobs we completed to a very high standard, it always will come with a full guarantee.
Will you cause any damage to my property?
Thanks to the trenchless technology we deploy for most jobs, there will be minimal damage to your garden or driveway.
Who’s responsibility is my water supply pipe?
Unfortunately the water supply from your property boundary to your internal stop valve is the home owners responsibility.
Do I need to inform my water supplier?
No, after the completion of our works, we will then issue a self certification to you the customer (White copy) and you then can send the (blue copy) to your water supplier; however you will need to contact water supplier concerning any issues with the water main supply outside your property boundary.
I need my Water supply pipe Redirecting
If you are making changes to a property, the need for changes to your water pipe is likely. Adding a home extension or conservatory or to a garden office all will require the water supply pipe to be redirected to meet the needs of your additional space. Alternatively, any garden landscaping may be affected by the pipework which can get in the way of the changes. A survey can be arranged to assess your individual situation and find a solution to redirect the pipes around the property to a new entry point
